What you'll do
- C/DR Strategy & Governance: Define, maintain, and govern the overall Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery framework for OverIT's multi-cloud SaaS platforms.
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA) & Risk Assessment: Lead cross‑departmental BIAs to identify critical business functions and enforce target Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) across all software delivery models.
- Multi‑Cloud Resilience Governance: Partner with DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and IT teams to review technical designs (e.g., Multi‑AZ, Multi‑Region, failover capabilities) and validate that cloud architecture aligns with BCDR requirements.
- Test Orchestration & Validation: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate regular DR testing scenarios -including tabletop exercises, failover simulations, and full‑scale continuity tests -ensuring technical teams execute tests and remediate identified gaps.
- Compliance & Audit Management: Lead BCDR compliance efforts, ensuring full alignment and audit‑readiness with ISO 22301, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, NIST SP 800-34, and EU NIS 2 requirements.
- Supply Chain & Third‑Party Risk Oversight: Assess and monitor the BCDR posture of critical third‑party vendors and cloud service providers to mitigate supply chain disruption risks.
- Cyber Resilience & Incident Oversight: Establish BCDR gove
