About the Role
The role is responsible for planning and executing marketing activity across DAZN-owned platforms, paid media and sports club partnerships. It works closely with the Marketing Director and wider DAZN teams to develop campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, increase consideration and drive customer acquisition and retention. The position involves developing creative concepts, briefing designers, managing campaign delivery and analysing performance to ensure marketing activity delivers measurable results. The role also helps shape how DAZN Bet appears across TV, digital, social, CRM and editorial channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience while meeting advertising and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across DAZN-owned channels, paid media and sports club partnerships, driving brand awareness, consideration and customer acquisition.
- Develop campaign concepts, messaging and creative briefs for marketing assets across TV, digital, display, CRM, social media and editorial formats.
- Manage weekly marketing activity and promotional schedules across DAZN platforms, working closely with internal teams to maximise visibility and campaign impact.
- Partner with the Marketing Director to define the paid media strategy and channel mix, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively against brand and acquisition objectives.
- Work with Creative, Product, CRM and Digital teams to develop seamless customer journeys that improve campaign engagement, conversion and retention.
- Create engaging marketing formats and content opportunities, leveraging sports clubs, creators, talent and major sporting moments to strengthen brand recognition.
- Monitor campaign performance against key KPIs, analysing results and providing clear insights, reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
