Our team combines experience in institutional finance, crypto-native markets, and advanced research analytics. /ppWe’re hiring a bFund Operations Manager /b to support the continued growth of our fund platform, with the scope of the role spanning fund operations, DeFi operations, finance and reporting. You’ll work closely with the portfolio management team, fund administrators and internal leadership to ensure Re7 operates with precision and scalability as we continue to expand globally. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Fund Operations Reporting /h3ulliManage the fund valuation process in collaboration with fund administrators and portfolio teams /liliLiaise with administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting /liliIdentify and implement process improvements via tooling, automation, or procedural upgrades /liliManage month end processes /liliManage deliver price updates for tokenised funds strategies /liliEstablish and maintain fund administrator oversight frameworks and valuation governance /liliEnsure process automations keep pace with ongoing advances in DeFi /liliIdentify and monitor pricing sources for illiquid and complex assets /liliScope out, champion and enable improvements to portfolio valuation tools processes /liliImplement data quality controls and reconciliation routines /liliCo-ordinate and manage fund audit processes /li /ulh3Stakeholder Reporting /h3ulliDefine data ownership and validation standards for fund performance, AUM,
and exposure reporting /liliDrive consistency and automation across internal and external reporting packs /liliOversee tokenised reporting integrations (smart contracts, on-chain data transparency) /liliProject management /liliManage changes/improvements to infrastructure, processes etc /liliPlan and execute new fund strategy launches /liliOversee counterparty due diligence and documentation maintenance /liliManage relationships and oversee opening of accounts with exchanges, smart wallets, etc /liliRepresent Fund Operations in investment committee meetings /liliMaintain and evolve Operational Risk Frameworks and Risk Control Self-Assessments /liliTrack performance against key risk thresholds and parameters /liliManage third-party risk assessments e.g. for MPC wallet providers and exchanges /liliImplement incident reporting and root cause analysis for operational breaches /li /ulh3Client Onboarding /h3ulliOversee the client onboarding process for new investors /liliCo-ordinate and oversee AML/KYC activities, liaising with compliance teams and administrators /liliCreate onboarding metrics (turnaround times, pain points, satisfaction feedback)
/liliEnsure subscription redemption flows are well managed and communicated /liliQuarterly reporting forecasting /liliBudget setting and performance reviews /liliDevelop dashboards for PL and liquidity tracking /liliOversee client invoicing and on-chain revenue collection reporting /liliManage sales incentives programs for BD teams cross-sell activities /liliManage sales commission tracking calculations /liliCollaborate with group accountant and local entity accountants to ensure inter-company transactions are optimised for efficiency and accounted for correctly /liliCollaborate with senior management on financial strategy and performance KPIs /li /ulh3Strategic Cross-Functional Support /h3ulliContribute to new business and product expansion initiatives /liliStep in to support other areas of the business as needed /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, at least 2 of those in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration /liliSelf-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced and demanding environment /liliStrong work ethic and results focused, accountable for consistent results /liliHighly organised and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities /liliAbility to quickly convert problems into solutions, actions and execution /liliExcellent communication skills, both written and ability to influence across a variety of internal and external clients and partners /liliDemonstrated success in change management /li /ulh3Attributes /h3ulliOwnership mentality and strong accountability /liliStructured, process-driven approach with a mindset for continuous improvement /liliHigh integrity and strong communication skills /liliCalm under pressure, able to work cross-functionally and independently /liliPragmatic, dependable, and solutions-oriented /liliRemote-first structure with opportunities for in-person collaboration /liliCollaborative, high-performance culture /liliExposure to cutting-edge crypto and digital asset strategies /liliCompetitive compensation package /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
