You will apply your investment expertise and learning design capabilities to build and deliver impactful training that enables users to work confidently with SimCorp Dimension across front‑and middle‑office processes. /p h3You will be part of a global Education Services organization /h3 pThat ensures our users understand and apply complex financial workflows confidently. Your work will empower stakeholders to use SimCorp technology to its full potential, reduce operational risk, and drive better business outcomes. /p h3What You Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liDeliver both in-person and virtual instructor‑led training, using engaging and interactive training methods in the Investment (Front/Middle-Office) area of expertise (please see the breakdown in the paragraph below). /li liCreate and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, case studies, simulations,



and eLearning content focused on investment workflows and front/middle‑office processes using SimCorp Dimension. /li liRepresent Education Services in product initiatives and customer‑facing projects to align training with business needs. /li liCollaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between training content and evolving software functionality. /li liSupport ongoing improvement efforts by conducting analyses, keeping comprehensive training documentation, tracking performance through reporting, and actively engaging in team learning. /li /ul h3What We Value /h3 ul liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently. /li liInvestment domain expertise in one or more of the following areas (SimCorp Dimension experience is highly valued): /li liPortfolio Management /li liFinancial Instruments /li liRisk Management /li liPerformance Management /li liInvestment Compliance /li liTrading /li liESG /li liTraining experience or demonstrated training potential: /li liIdeally 5+ years of training, facilitation, or knowledge sharing experience in financial services or investment management sector. /li liCandidates with strong SimCorp Dimension expertise may demonstrate training potential instead of formal training experience. /li liRelevant academic or professional credentials, such as a Master’s/PhD in Finance, Business, or Education; CFA or FRM is a plus, not a requirement. /li liComfort with modern learning tools, including LMS platforms, virtual training technologies, and digital content creation. /li liFlexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-60%) to deliver training across global client sites and SimCorp offices. /li /ul h3BENEFITS (FOR POLAND)
