At Elisa Industriq, we help industrial businesses improve productivity, quality, safety and sustainability through advanced software and digital technologies. We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of R&D; to join our Leadership Team and shape our technology and innovation agenda.

In this role, you will help ensure that product development, engineering excellence and technology investments support customer needs, business priorities and long-term growth. You will work closely with business, product and technology leaders to strengthen innovation and create value through software, data and AI.

As Elisa Industriq continues its transformation journey, this role will contribute to developing capabilities, fostering collaboration and supporting the evolution of our technology and product landscape.

Your responsibilities

- Drive and develop Elisa Industriq’s R&D; and innovation agenda.
- Partner with business, product and technology leaders on strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
- Help shape technology strategies that strengthen customer value and competitiveness.
- Promote innovation, knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
- Support practical adoption of AI, data and digital technologies.
- Lead,



coach and develop R&D; leaders and teams.
- Advise senior leadership on technology, innovation and emerging opportunities.

What we are looking for

- Extensive leadership experience in R&D;, software development, engineering or technology management.
- Strong understanding of software development, product engineering and technology strategy.
- Experience leading complex, international development environments.
- Ability to connect technology investments with customer and business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with AI, data or analytics is a strong advantage.
- Industrial software, manufacturing or telecom experience is a plus.
