About the Role
The Chef will join a premium health and wellness group as part of its food development journey. The role involves working with quality ingredients from approved suppliers, with local sourcing where possible. The Chef will collaborate with the team and can contribute menu ideas through Chef Forums. Team members are described as ambassadors of the business and central to its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the food development journey.
- Use quality ingredients from approved suppliers, with local sourcing where possible.
- Share ideas for menu additions through Chef Forums.
- Learn new skills and work with the team.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Self-motivated and takes pride in producing great quality food.
- Happy to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Passionate about customer service.
