pThe candidate will work within the technical operations team and collaborate directly and continuously with the client and the various departments within the service. /p pThis position involves a dynamic, technical-managerial role, with responsibility for overseeing the maintenance of company systems and infrastructure, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, safety, and operational continuity. /p pThe candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; coordinating with suppliers and external contractors; and managing electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. They will be able to analyze malfunctions and define corrective actions; monitor KPIs, costs, and maintenance budgets; and support energy efficiency and plant improvement projects.
/p pThe candidate will ensure compliance with current regulations regarding health and safety, the environment, fire prevention, and facility management.
