Job Description
Amazon Digital Italy s.r.l. is offering a full-time General Marketing Manager Intern position in Milan, with internship start dates available from January through September 2027. The internship involves supporting marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, adapting global brand strategies to the local market, creating content and marketing assets, and helping execute marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
The intern will also track campaign performance, contribute to optimisation efforts, support network improvements, and help develop innovative long-term solutions. The role provides practical exposure to brand management, content creation, campaign performance, and strategic marketing.
Candidates must be fluent in English at C1 level or above, currently hold or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links.
The internship requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week and a maximum internship duration of 6 months.
The minimum gross base salary is €1,800 per month on a full-time basis.
Requirements
- English fluency at C1 level or above
- Currently has or is obtaining a Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links
- Commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Internship commitment for a maximum of 6 months
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Preferred
- Understanding of digital marketing channels such as email, digital display, SEO, and PPC - Preferred
- Knowledge of web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms - Preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Preferred
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment - Preferred
