As a Manager in Training (MIT) – Food Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities. Through this 18‑month development program, you will gain the experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization.
/ph3What you will do /h3pImmerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food Beverage Division, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple outlets. Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests. Work closely with leaders and team members to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business. Support the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Develop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Build strong partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance. Gradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities within the Food Beverage Division. /ph3What you bring /h3pPrevious experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food Beverage operations. A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long‑term career in leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams. Natural curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow. A guest‑centric approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
