h3Job Description: /h3pDXC Technology is looking for a Bid Manager tosupport mainlyour Commercial and Public Sector deals within our Sales Support organization. /ppThe Bid Manager provides leadership and guides the teams,stakeholdersand clients throughout the engagement life cycle. He performs an active role in the definition and execution of the strategy and client engagement plan. The Bid Manager works with the sales lead in deal qualification activities and client engagement. He leads the pursuit team using Agile methods. /ph3Key Job Responsibilities /h3ulliIs SPOC for the client, third parties and partnersregardingtender procurement and planning matters; /liliIs part of the pursuit leadership team /liliDevelops,ownsandmaintainsa pursuit plan; /liliForecasts and requests resource against the agreed plan and client requirements; /liliDevelops andManagesthe pursuit budget within affordability guidelines; /liliOversees and takes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables across all work streams; /liliResponsible forend to endproject management of the pursuit, managing risks and issues; /liliCommunicates and reinforces sales strategy and client requirements to the pursuit team; /liliPlans,preparesandparticipatesin client meetings,workshopsand presentations; /liliSupports sales lead in the interaction with grouping alliance partners /li /ulh3Key SkillsAndExperience Required /h3ulliTypically3-7+ years of experience in large pursuit management or technical consultative selling, solution/account management, Project Management within ITC sector; /liliPreferable experience in Italy public procurement process /liliNetworking market knowledge (local integrators, vendors, third party service providers); /liliProven experience in leading multiple remote, cross-disciplinary teams,
within a global or complex regional scope; /liliAbility to work as the lead for large complex projects; /liliAdaptive Project Management skillsutilizingbest method dependent on the size and complexity of the project; /liliUnderstanding of Technical and solution factors in IT industry, preferably in Applications, Analytics, ITO, Workplace, Security; /liliFamiliarity or experience with Agile concepts; PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master certification appreciated. /liliStrong communications skills - verbal, written, and presentation skills; /liliItalian Mother tongue; Fluency in English - both verbal and written (Upper Intermediate / Advanced); /liliFirst-level university degreerequired; advanced university degree preferred; /li /ulpbLocation: Rome with smart workingpossibility. /b /pp#LI-Hybrid /ppAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
