ppDue to our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced and business-oriented professional for our Director of Clinical Development role supporting our business development activities and contribute to the growth of our CRO. /p pAs a part of the Business Development team, you will act as a key point of contact for prospective clients during the pre-award phase. You will work closely with Clinical Operations, and other departments to manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), develop client relationships, and support the acquisition of new projects. By combining your clinical research expertise with strong communication and project management skills, you will ensure the successful preparation and delivery of competitive proposals. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with business development and play a key role in supporting the growth of an international CRO. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ulliSupport Business Development Managers and Directors in identifying and developing new business opportunities. /liliParticipate in client meetings, capabilities presentations, bid defence meetings, and face-to-face meetings with sponsors. /liliAct as a key client contact throughout the acquisition process, ensuring effective communication and follow-up until contract closure. /liliCoordinate RFP activities across Clinical Operations, Medical, Proposal Writing, and other relevant departments. /liliAssess study feasibility, review client requirements, and contribute clinical and strategic input to proposals. /liliCoordinate proposal timelines, ensure timely delivery of internal inputs, and support the preparation of client-facing materials. /liliSupport RFI preparation, vendor selection, and the development of competitive quotations. /liliIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.



/liliContribute to initiatives aimed at improving RFP conversion rates and business development performance. /liliTravel internationally, as required, to support client engagement activities. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ulliDegree in a scientific field/discipline. /liliAt least 10 years of relevant experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar environment, including clinical study/project management experience. /liliStrong understanding of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP. /liliStrategic, commercially oriented mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills. /liliExcellent client relationship management and project coordination abilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliExcellent English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 pSalary up to EUR 100,000/annually with other benefits/bonuses and opportunity to develop your professional career with an expanding and growing company.
