We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE initiatives across the EMEIA region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to bring innovative products and business improvements to life. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliLead New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE projects across EMEIA, ensuring achievement of business, cost, quality, and timing objectives. /liliDevelop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment on project priorities. /liliDrive problem-solving activities and facilitate decision-making to overcome project challenges and roadblocks. /liliMonitor project performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. /liliPrepare and deliver project status presentations, highlighting progress, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria. /liliSupport continuous improvement of project management practices and execution processes.



/li /ulh3What Makes You Successful /h3pYou are a proactive and results-driven project leader who thrives in complex, matrix organizations.
