As an bHR Business Partner /b, you will play a key role in shaping an engaging workplace where employees and leaders can thrive. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will partner with managers, support employees throughout their career journey, and drive HR initiatives that contribute directly to our site's success. /ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliServe as a trusted partner and coach to managers on all employee and organizational matters /liliSupport the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding /liliFoster a positive employee experience and help build a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture /liliAdvise on employee relations topics and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies /liliCollaborate with employee representatives and support industrial relations activities /liliDrive talent management, learning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives /liliSupport compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce planning processes /liliAnalyze HR data and trends to provide insights that support business decisions /liliLead and contribute to local and global HR projects and change initiatives /liliPromote our company values and help strengthen employee engagement across the site /li /ulh3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field /liliSeveral years of HR experience,



ideally as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international manufacturing environment /liliGood knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels /liliExperience advising managers on performance, talent, and organizational topics /liliA proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills /liliAnalytical thinking and confidence in working with HR data and metrics /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications /liliFluent Italian and English language skills /li /ulpAre you passionate about helping people grow, partnering with leaders, and creating a workplace where talent can succeed?
