Key Responsibilities
Identify and analysewhite-patch / automation gapsacross business processes.
Assess manual, fragmented and exception-based processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Design and implement solutions usingRPA and workflow automation technologies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective solutions.
Integrate automation withlegacy applications, APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
Test, deploy, monitor and support automation solutions.
Troubleshoot process exceptions and optimise existing automations.
Contribute to automation standards,
governance and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong experience inRPA / Business Process Automation.
Experience withPower Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism or similar RPA platforms.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and automation opportunities.
Experience working withlegacy systems, APIs, SQL/databases and system integrations.
Good understanding of automation lifecycle, testing, deployment and support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.
