pWe are seeking a skilled bBackup Storage Administrator /bto provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise backup and storage environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, change management, system maintenance, and ensuring the availability and performance of backup and storage infrastructure through the ITSM ticketing platform (Remedy). /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliProvide Level 2 Incident and Change Management support for backup and storage infrastructure. /liliManage support requests through the ITSM ticketing platform (Remedy). /liliInstall, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot backup and storage solutions. /liliMonitor system health, performance, and capacity across storage and backup environments. /liliPerform storage provisioning, SAN zoning, LUN mapping, and NAS configuration. /liliTroubleshoot infrastructure issues using both GUI and CLI tools. /liliParticipate in change implementation, maintenance activities, and root cause analysis. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and operations teams to ensure service availability. /liliParticipate in the scheduled on-call rotation to provide after-hours support. /li /ulh3Required Technical Skills: /h3ulliBackup Technologies /liliCommvault /liliStorage Technologies /liliEvergreen (formerly Pure Storage) C/E Series (High Priority) /liliDell ECS /liliDell Isilon /liliBrocade SAN Switches /li /ulh3Technical Requirements:
