We are looking for a
Sales Account Manager
for our client operating in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, in
Milan, Italy
.
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
Minimum
5 years' experience
in commercial/account management roles in a
B2B environment
.
Solid knowledge of sales processes and key account management.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Native or Advanced Italian




and good command of
English (minimum B2 level)
.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Experience in international logistics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers.
Identify customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.
Prepare offers, manage orders, and monitor commercial activities.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Coordinate customer-related activities with internal departments.
Support the resolution of issues related to quality, delivery, and service.
Oversee logistics activities, direct deliveries, and external service providers.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy.
