Purpose of Job:



The HAS Europe Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading purchasing and planning activities across Europe, ensuring continuity of supply, supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.
The role drives procurement savings, inventory optimization, and supply planning while supporting business continuity and sustainable growth across the region.
As a key member of the Supply Chain organization, the Purchasing Manager leads the regional Purchasing Oracle experience is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and countries.
Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members is an advantage.
Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
