Passion, collaboration and continuous innovation are our key values. /p pWith more than 50 years of experience focused on metals production worldwide, Danieli Automation is Danieli technological partner for plant operations management, process and equipment control, advanced instrumentation, and state-of-the-art electrical solutions. /p pWe are expanding our DIGIMET team within the Danieli Automation division and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) system implementation projects for our customers in the metals industry. /p pJob Title: Senior Project Manager, Digital Solutions /p pBusiness Unit: DIGIMET /p pbRole Purpose: /b /p pThe Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of MOM implementation projects, with primary responsibility for customer relationship management, project governance, planning, coordination, commercial control and overall project performance. Technical leadership is provided by a dedicated Technical Project Leader, who owns the technical solution and coordinates the technical team. The Project Manager and Technical Project Leader work as a close leadership pair throughout the project lifecycle. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liAct as the primary managerial point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle, building a transparent and trusted working relationship. /li liOwn overall project delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality objectives and contractual commitments. /li liEstablish the project governance model, communication plan, meeting cadence, reporting structure and escalation paths. /li liPrepare, maintain and communicate the integrated project plan, key milestones,



dependencies and resource needs in coordination with the Technical Project Leader and functional managers. /li liLead project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, steering committees and customer-facing project status meetings. /li liMonitor project progress, costs, forecasts, risks, issues, actions, changes and contractual deliverables, ensuring timely corrective actions and escalation where required. /li liManage scope changes and variations, including impact assessment, customer alignment, internal approvals and formal change control. /li liSupport customer acceptance, site activities, go-live, stabilization and project closure, ensuring that open points and contractual obligations are properly managed. /li liMaintain accurate project documentation, decisions, meeting minutes, progress reports and lessons learned. /li liPromote customer satisfaction while protecting Danieli Automation’s contractual and business interests. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods, templates and delivery practices for MOM projects. /li /ul pbRequired: /b /p ul liProven experience managing complex software, industrial digitalization, system integration, MOM/MES implementation projects. /li liGood understanding of project management principles, including planning, cost control, risk management, change control, reporting and stakeholder management. /li liExperience managing customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. /li liAbility to understand technical and functional topics sufficiently to support decisions, identify impacts and communicate effectively,
