pVenice | Tempo pieno | On Site /p pGondolina Shoes has grown by more than 1,200% each year. /p pNow we are looking for someone who can help us turn that growth into a more structured, scalable and faster organisation. /p pThis is not an administrative role. /p pWe are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows up relentlessly and makes sure important projects actually get completed. /p h3YOUR MISSION /h3 pYou will work across: /p ul liDigital Ecommerce /li liWholesale B2B /li liHospitality /li liPartnerships /li liRetail /li liBusiness Development /li liAI automation /li liStrategic projects /li /ul pYou do not need to be the expert in every area. /p pYou need to make sure the right people execute, communicate and deliver. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liTurn priorities into clear action plans. /li liDefine owners, deadlines and next steps. /li liFollow up until projects are completed. /li liIdentify and remove bottlenecks. /li liCoordinate teams, agencies, suppliers and partners. /li liImprove communication between departments. /li liBuild processes and operational systems. /li liChallenge delays and unclear ownership. /li liMake sure meetings generate action. /li liEscalate problems quickly. /li liContinuously improve efficiency and scalability. /li /ul h3THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF... /h3 ul liYou wait for instructions. /li liYou need constant follow-up. /li liYou avoid difficult conversations. /li liYou prefer predictable priorities.
