Our partner is looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technician based in Italy. /b /ppThis is a remote opportunity for a technically skilled AI professional looking to make a tangible impact across business operations. /ppYou will research, implement, and optimize AI, automation, and data-driven technologies across multiple functions. /ppThe role combines AI/ML expertise with systems integration, process automation, analytics, and operational improvement. /ppYou will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency through technology. /ppYou will work with a diverse range of platforms spanning finance, accounting, labor management, forecasting, and business intelligence. /ppThe position offers a collaborative, cross-functional environment where innovation and practical problem-solving are highly valued. /ppYou will also help teams adopt AI solutions effectively through technical support, training, documentation, and continuous optimization. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliResearch, assess, and recommend emerging AI technologies and automation solutions that can create measurable business value. /liliDeploy and optimize AI models, automation tools, and integrated workflows across different business functions. /liliIntegrate and optimize platforms for invoice automation, receipt management, cash-flow forecasting, labor optimization, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation.
/liliConnect POS and accounting systems using integration and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Omnivore. /liliDevelop and maintain internal AI-powered dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio to provide insights into financial, labor, and operational performance. /liliStreamline financial data flows, including bank transaction imports and accounting processes. /liliImplement and evaluate reconciliation and intelligent bookkeeping solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency. /liliMonitor AI systems and automated workflows, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance, accuracy, reliability, and scalability. /liliPartner with teams across finance, operations, customer support, marketing, and other functions to embed AI into day-to-day processes. /liliEnsure AI implementations align with relevant industry standards, ethical principles, security considerations, and organizational objectives. /liliProvide technical support, user training, and clear documentation for AI-powered applications and workflows. /liliTrack developments in AI, automation, and data technologies and identify opportunities for ongoing innovation and improvement. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience working with AI/ML technologies,
