For the brand Blackroll, we are looking for a bBrand Activation Specialist /b to coordinate B2C and B2B events, drive sports marketing partnerships and lead product education activities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning, execution and reporting of the annual sports marketing and event calendar (B2C and B2B) /li liOrganization and on-field management of brand activations, events, workshops and demo sessions /li liDelivery of product education and training sessions to retailers, gyms and health professionals /li liDevelopment and adaptation of marketing materials and training tools in line with brand guidelines /li liControlling and reporting of the marketing and event budgets /li liCollaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution of activations and training programs /li liSupport seasonal campaigns through field activities and experiential marketing initiatives /li liCollection and sharing of feedback and insights from the field to improve product positioning and training effectiveness /li liEnsure strong brand representation across all physical touchpoints and partner interactions /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field /li li2+ years of experience in sports marketing, event management, club/gym trainer/coach /li liSolid understanding of the sports and wellness industry; interest in fitness, recovery, and performance is a must /li liHands-on experience in organizing and executing events, activations, and product demonstrations (B2C and B2B) /li liStrong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience in delivering product training sessions /li liGood English skills; German is a plus /li liA people person with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills /li liProactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and on the field /li liComfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously /li liWillingness to travel frequently for events, trainings, and partner visits /li liOrganizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset /li /ul pbWorkplace: /b Bolzano or Milano, IT /p pbAnnual Gross Base Salary Range /b: 28.000€ - 34.000€ + additional target premio of 5-10% of base salary /p pCompensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities.
