Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.br/ /p pbTake ownership to ensure delivery targets /b /p pAs a Sourcing Professional - Buying/Procurement, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers and internal stakeholders for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies for the Suppliers/commodity managed. You will work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.br/You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals. You will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfilment and quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes. /p pbPartner with the best /b /p pAs a Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for: /p ul liManaging delivery of materials and certificates for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with Company processes and procedures. /li liGiving the visibility to Internal Customer on Supplier plan, preventing criticalities and managing priorities, to ensure the achievement of On Time Delivery versus internal and external Customers. /li liCollaborating with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied. /li liInteracting with the Platform and Operating Units inside Procurement Organization and to provide regular feedback about Supplier performances to refine the Supplier strategy. /li liPartnering with Quality to support Supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution.
/li liCooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency. /li liSupporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations results and Account Payable resolution on invoices issues. /li liSupporting key Procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects. /li liEnsuring Supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements. /li /ul pbFuel your passion /b /p pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or alternative MBA, or equivalent experience. /li liHave good knowledge about Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of energy products. /li liDemonstrate marked leadership skills, being able to effectively drive execution, influence internal stakeholders and guiding peers growth. /li liDemonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to learn and consolidate new products, business areas and managed commodities. /li liHave strong attitude and open mindset focused on partnership, inclusivity, proactivity and fast innovation, to embrace the Cultural Transformation Company need. /li liBe stress resilient with professional attitude and have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment. /li liBe able to maintain workload management in a high-pressure environment, through the ability to organize and prioritize tasks subject to criticalities. /li liBe autonomous and a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative for solving problems. /li liShow analytical approach for problem identification and their quick resolution. /li liHave team working attitude, be motivated and focused on results.
