Our technology starts with you. /ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pSupporting QMT HR LD ongoing initiatives. /ph3Core Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the design, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of a skill-based learning hub/platform, helping keep content, resources, and navigation organized and up to date /liliSupport coordination and knowledge management across LD projects - consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders (SMEs, program leads) into structured, usable materials /liliContribute to project administration and coordination activities as initiatives scale /liliAct as a central point of reference for pulling together deliverables (presentations, plans, program materials)
across project teams /liliSupport design and execution of LD related marketing communication campaign through in person and ST internal social media channels /li /ulh3Profile / Competencies /h3ulliStrong work organization capabilities junior project management mindset /liliGood communication skills (written and oral) /liliComfortable working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment /liliProficient user of Office Suite and other digital tools, including Share point and Power BI /liliInterest in the LD/HR space /li /ulh3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES /h3ulliMasters Degree in Economics, Marketing, HR Organization /liliPrior professional experience a plus, especially in LD arena /liliExtensive knowledge of excel, office suite /liliFluent in English and in another European language (Italian, French) /li /ulpST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
