Italian speaking customer support representative – lisbon

We are looking for an italian speaking customer support representative to join our lisbon office. the role is on‑site, full‑time (40h/week) with rotating 8‑hour shifts covering a 24/7 schedule.
Core responsibilities
- handle incoming calls, email inquiries and live‑chat requests from italian‑speaking customers in a polite, professional and empathetic manner
- diagnose customer issues, isolate root causes and provide precise, tailored solutions
- record detailed notes of conversations, ticket status and resolutions in the crm system
- achieve operational targets such as csat, fcr and aht
- participate in continuous training to stay updated on software features and company procedures
Candidate requirements
- native or c1‑c2 fluency in italian (written and spoken)
- minimum b2 level in english for internal communication
- availability to work a rotating 24/7 schedule (5days/week)
- eu/eea citizenship or valid portuguese work permit
- excellent communication, active listening,
resilience under stress and problem‑solving skills
Remuneration packages
- optiona – local offer: €1262,33 gross per month (for lisbon residents, housing not included)
- optionb – relocation offer: €1059,00 gross per month + private bedroom in shared company apartment, utilities covered
