Job title : MCC Controller (Maintenance Control Centre Controller)
Location : Aeroporto di Malpensa MXP
Reports to : Line Station Manager
The MCC coordinates and oversees aircraft maintenance activities, monitoring the technical condition of the fleet to ensure its safety and operational efficiency. It manages technical issues, coordinates maintenance work in collaboration with the Engineering and Operations departments, and maintains constant contact with customers, providing updates on the status of the aircraft and ongoing maintenance activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and coordination of aircraft maintenance activities (Production Planning).
- Management of AOG and MEL issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Organization and monitoring of line maintenance, including the preparation of daily reports and management of communications with customers and suppliers.
- Technical support using Airbus and Boeing manuals.
- Management of technical documentation and support for airlines to ensure the fleet’s continued airworthiness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving oriented.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts.
The following are considered priority claims:
- Previous experience as a MCC or in aircraft maintenance.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and Airbus and/or Boeing technical documentation.
WHAT WE OFFER
