Shape the Delivery of Critical Pharmaceutical Facilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedPlanner / Schedulerto support the successful delivery of major pharmaceutical projects across Italy.
Working as part of a high-performing project controls team, you will develop and maintain integrated project schedules that provide the visibility and forecasting required to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
Establish work breakdown structures, coding systems and schedule baselines
Integrate contractor schedules into a master programme
Monitor progress against milestones and critical path activities
Perform schedule variance, trend and delay analysis
Support short-term look-ahead and recovery planning activities
Produce schedule performance reports and forecasts




Ensure schedule quality, consistency and compliance across project teams
About You
Strong planning and scheduling experience
Experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated manufacturing projects
Advanced Primavera P6 expertise
Strong knowledge of WBS development, baseline management and schedule control
Experience integrating and assuring contractor schedules
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
Fluent Italian and English
