Responsabilità
Lead business development initiatives across the maritime sector
Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue and market share
Leverage an established network to generate new business
Strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and key customers
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and form long-term partnerships
Manage high-value commercial negotiations from initial contact to closure
Monitor market developments,
customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth areas
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial activities align with business objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
Significant experience in business development, commercial management or strategic account management within the maritime industry
Established professional network within the Italian maritime market
Proven track record of securing new business and delivering revenue growth
Strong relationships with shipowners, operators, maritime businesses or related stakeholders
Experience managing high-value opportunities and negotiating with senior decision-makers
Excellent commercial awareness, relationship management and influencing skills
