Hands-on configuration in Workday Advanced Compensation
Experience running annual salary, bonus, and stock processes in BAU
Experience in complex global environments
Innovative and open to new technologies and continuous improvements
Current Workday certification, or past certification in HCM/Compensation/Advanced Compensation with hands-on calculated fields
