Your Contribution
As Team Lead Sales Operations, you will lead the local team in Parma and play a key role in the global SAP/MORE rollout.
This is a great opportunity to shape new digital sales processes, drive operational improvements and support a business serving around 450 distributors across EMEA and selected global markets.
Lead, manage and develop the local Sales Operations team, ensuring effective day?to?day operations, coaching team members and supporting them through ongoing changes.
Ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of sales processes, from customer order processing through order handover.
Drive the implementation and optimization of digital sales operations, including SAP/MORE and relevant sales tools, reducing manual activities and improving efficiency.
Support sales planning and performance through reliable reporting, forecasting, analyses and accurate sales data.
Ensure effective use of sales systems and tools, with a strong focus on data quality, pricing processes and consistent application of global standards.
Act as an escalation point for operational, process and system?related topics and ensure effective cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders.
Your Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Economics or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service,
Order Management or a comparable commercial function, preferably in an international environment.
Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing a team.
Good understanding of sales processes, including order management, pricing, forecasting and reporting.
Experience in project and change management, ideally related to system implementation, transformation or digitalization projects.
Experience with ERP and sales?related systems; knowledge of SAP and CRM solutions is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem?solving skills, combined with a structured, hands?on approach and good communication skills.
Very good Italian and English skills are required; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
