Overview

In this Director-level role within Global Manufacturing Science & Technology, you lead a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts to define end-to-end analytical control strategies and support tech transfers across GSC. You will drive cross-site collaborations, manage complex investigations with data analytics, and ensure analytical sections of regulatory submissions. You’ll shape lifecycle programs and advance new analytical platforms, contributing to faster, higher-quality product supply for patients.

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders
- Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes
- Steer cross-functional, cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects
- Present responsibilities to global stakeholders within project governance bodies




- Coordinate complex analytical investigations using advanced data analytics and digital acumen
- Mentor and develop methods and modern analytical platform technologies
- Accountable for analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes

Requisiti fondamentali
- BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field
- Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation xysqume
- Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment
