Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local laws, tax rules, and timely payments.
You will audit, optimize processes, and drive KPIs with HRIS and IT teams.
You will manage a payroll team, oversee capacity planning, reporting, and data analysis while partnering with HR and Finance to deliver insights and maintain payroll excellence across the EMEA region.
