Excis is seeking a proactive L2 Desktop Engineer to provide second-level local and remote desktop support for a client in Italy.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure workstations, and manage tickets to meet SLAs.
This role requires 1 year of desktop support experience, solid Windows and MS Office knowledge, basic networking, and full onsite availability in Italy.
