Partner Program Manager Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high‐potential partners (VARs, SIs, MSPs, and Consultancies) while maintaining a healthy recruitment pipeline aligned with cluster priorities.
Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are fully trained and certified; define and execute joint Business Development Plans and support partners in building compelling use cases and go‐to‐market strategies.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Drive co‐selling activities and joint account planning to increase the partner contribution to overall sales performance and active opportunities.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (pipeline, revenue, certifications), conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and scale
