Working as part of a high-performing project controls team, you will develop and maintain integrated project schedules that provide the visibility and forecasting required to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6Establish work breakdown structures, coding systems and schedule baselinesIntegrate contractor schedules into a master programmeMonitor progress against milestones and critical path activitiesPerform schedule variance,



trend and delay analysisSupport short-term look-ahead and recovery planning activitiesProduce schedule performance reports and forecastsEnsure schedule quality, consistency and compliance across project teamsAbout YouStrong planning and scheduling experienceExperience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated manufacturing projectsAdvanced Primavera P6 expertiseStrong knowledge of WBS development, baseline management and schedule xysqume controlExperience integrating and assuring contractor schedulesExcellent analytical and stakeholder management skillsFluent Italian and EnglishWhy Join?
