Responsible for developing new KA channels, including retail chains, e-shops, operators, mass merchandisers, and DIY stores, as well as maintaining relationships with existing core channels.
Responsible for assisting agents and channel sales teams with product training, new product launches, channel strategy deployment and communicating company culture and values.
Regularly meet with KA channels to plan promotional campaigns and manage SOA support.
Regularly share and review channel performance with analysis, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall sell-in and sell-out efficiency.
Maintain communication with the Chinese HQ team, collect and analyze sell-in/sell-out data, and gather related competitive intelligence.
Based in Milan or nearby, responsible for local markets, and willing to travel on short-term business trips.
Requirements:
Experience in consumer electronics and 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in his country's channel operations preferred.
Strong execution, analytical, business development, and communication skills.
xysqume Proficiency in English is preferred.
