Responsabilità
Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with transformation objectives.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across business lines.
Drive adoption from pilot to enterprise-wide implementation with measurable outcomes.
Establish AI governance, prioritization, and portfolio transparency.
Redesign processes and operating models using AI to create value beyond automation.
Monitor AI developments and translate them into practical opportunities.
Build organizational capability for AI through skills, mindsets,
and adoption frameworks.
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or related discipline; advanced qualification advantageous.
Significant experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise transformation in complex organizations.
Proven track record translating emerging technologies into strategic, scalable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of enterprise AI applications, value creation, and scaling AI across an organization.
Experience establishing governance frameworks and driving adoption of AI initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
Excellent strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen with ability to prioritize investments and balance value, risk, and readiness.
