To strengthen our HR organization, we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our office in Turin, Italy.
The successful candidate will be a key point of reference for HR administration, payroll, and employment contracts, with responsibility for the administrative management of employees in Italy and Switzerland, as well as for the day-to-day coordination with labour consultants and payroll providers.
The role will ensure the accurate and timely management of the entire employee administration lifecycle, from hiring to termination.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full HR administration lifecycle, from hiring to termination
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation, including new hires, extensions, contractual changes, salary increases, promotions, and terminations
- Manage and monitor time and attendance, including holidays, leave, overtime, sickness, maternity/paternity leave, parental leave, and other absences
- Coordinate payroll processes for Italy and Switzerland, in collaboration with external consultants and payroll providers
- Collect, verify, and submit monthly payroll data and variables
- Review and verify payslips, ensuring the correct application of salary and contractual elements
- Manage day-to-day relationships with labour consultants, payroll providers, and external HR partners
