Pay Transparency
The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is €59,500 - €97,750 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for premio and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, Life Insurance, Annual Leave,

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager with deep interest in the fintech ecosystem and a strong commitment to accelerating Visa’s growth across Italy.

The ideal candidate is a proactive new-business “hunter” with a passion for payments innovation, strong relationship-building capabilities, and understanding of Visa’s solutions. They will confidently articulate compelling value propositions tailored to emerging, disruptive, and non-traditional use cases, and will own opportunities end-to-end—from lead identification and prioritisation through qualification, commercial structuring, and close. This individual is a resilient self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments, manages multiple priorities, and consistently delivers against ambitious sales targets.
