What you'll do• Own your searches: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to senior roles across GTM, Technology, and Delivery, from intake and search strategy through to offer and onboarding.
• Proactive headhunting: Identify and engage passive talent, primarily in Italy, using direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Hiring manager partnership:
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and share insight on the Italian talent market, including availability, compensation trends, and the competitor landscape.
• Support senior searches: Partner with our Principal Talent Acquisition Partner on leadership and executive searches through research, mapping, and candidate management, building your exposure to senior-level hiring.
• Candidate experience: Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience for every candidate, acting as their main point of contact throughout the process.
• Offer management: Prepare and negotiate offers in line with market benchmarks and internal frameworks, helping secure top candidates in a competitive market.
• Market intelligence: Map competitor organizations and talent pools in Italy to keep the business informed and OverIT competitive.
