Research Fellowship in AI-driven Spatial Omics Integration

A call for applications is open for a 12-month Research Fellowship (Borsa di Ricerca) at Fondazione IRCCS San Gerardo dei Tintori, within the project "Artificial Intelligence-Enhanced Diagnosis of PBC-AIH Variant Syndrome (AIVAR)."
What you'll work on:
• Analysis for a project integrating spatial omics with AI to improve understanding of PBC-AIH Variant

Who we're looking for:
• A Master's degree in a quantitative or life-science field, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Bioinformatics, Biomedical/Computer Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Physics, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Strongly preferred:
• Experience with spatial omics platforms
• Multi-omic data integration,



including AI/ML-based alignment approaches
• Proven analysis of high-dimensional omics data (RNA-seq, proteomics)
• Programming in Python and/or R
• Relevant publications
