In this hands-on role, you will drive European retail media campaigns for a global advertiser, acting as the engine behind wining the digital shelf and ROI. You'll bridge performance marketing with commercial sales, collaborating with top retailers to craft tailored plans and optimize spend. You'll learn Retail Media in depth, shaping the roadmap with the Head of Paid Media and influencing digital transformation. This is a data-driven, cross-functional position with measurable impact.

Responsabilità
- End-to-end management of retail media campaigns across major European retailers (Sponsored Products, Display, Video)
- Develop and execute bespoke media plans for retailers such as MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro




- Budget management to hit ROAS and market share targets
- Daily performance monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creatives
- Translate data into actionable insights; provide weekly/monthly performance deep-dives and summaries
- Serve as technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external retail media networks/aggregators

Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years of experience in Paid Media xysqume campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Looker
- Full professional fluency in English (other languages a plus)
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns
- Stakeholder collaboration
