Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship for Integrated E&C;, seeks a Construction Subcontracts Manager to lead subcontracting activities across projects in Italy. You will manage tendering, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations with subcontractors, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and Legal to ensure compliant, winning outcomes.
The role requires 8+ years in subcontracting within EPC contexts, a civil or mechanical engineering background, and fluent English.
