Role Description:
We are seeking an intern to join our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre squad. You will act as a vital support link for file management, client onboarding, and regulatory verification tasks.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Handle and route client submissions pertaining to compliance mandates;
Scrutinize, approve, and format technical and administrative dossiers for FGAS rules and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
Upload and revise datasets on official compliance portals and internal databases.
Sync efforts with engineering teams to honor statutory timelines and legal duties;
Accompany colleagues on site visits and perform field inspections when necessary.
Requirements
Technical diploma, ideally in Thermal/Plumbing, Energy, Mechanics,
or an equivalent track;
Strong curiosity regarding plant regulations and legislative frameworks;
Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word familiarity expected);
Thorough, systematic, and highly attentive to small details;
Personable, persuasive, and dedicated to client satisfaction;
Comfortable rotating between administrative office duties and on-location client engagements.
