Overview
In this role you will lead manufacturing and operational-improvement initiatives, combining engineering, investment analysis and hands-on implementation to deliver measurable results. You'll move between strategic assessment and on-site collaboration with client teams, shaping roadmaps and industrialization efforts. The position offers cross-functional impact across production, maintenance and quality, with a focus on OEE, profitability and sustainable change. Responsabilità
- Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on labour efficiency and/or Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Diagnose performance gaps, set targets and define implementation roadmaps
- Support industrialization of new products/processes from definition to stabilization
- Evaluate profitability and business impact of industrial investments (costs, benefits, risks, returns)
- Manage Production, Maintenance and Quality teams or lead related consulting projects
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, technical solutions and business objectives
- Use manufacturing data and legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions and performance management
- Understand and apply SCADA, MES and PLM in manufacturing contexts
- Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops and performance reviews
- Coach and develop junior team members in analytical methods and stakeholder management
- Prepare clear business cases, executive recommendations and implementation plans
- Ensure improvements are sustained and embedded into routines and standards
