and chat * Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues * Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism * Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Requirements * Fluency in Italian and good English level * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Customer-oriented mindset * Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems * Previous customer service experience is a plus Schedule * Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday * 08:00 – 19:00 * 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day) Schedules may vary depending on project available.
