- Coordinate the collection, staging, and dispatch of both technical and non-technical equipment, as well as production supplies, from the WBD Warehouse
- Organize and track deliveries to and from Olympic competition and non-competition venues
- Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including packing, wrapping pallets, loading, and unloading trucks
- Accompany delivery drivers on runs to various Olympic sites, including competition venues, national houses, and studios
- Assist with equipment sourcing by researching and contacting local suppliers in Italy
- Monitor and manage inventory using the WBD asset tracking system
- Provide general administrative support, including managing delivery notes, processing invoices, coordinating venue bookings, and handling incoming/outgoing parcels
- This is a fully on-site role, based in Siziano, Italy and does not offer remote or agile working arrangements
Desired Skills and Experience:
- While full training is provided, previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer service—particularly within large sporting events—is a strong advantage
- Flexible and willing to work long hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
- Prepared to work in a warehouse environment and carry out physical tasks
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A valid driving licence is an asset
