Be An Essential Part Of Everyday Life Maintenance & Facility Specialist DHL Supply Chain | Primark Start-Up Site | Alessandria, Italy DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Maintenance & Facility Specialist to join a strategic start-up operation supporting a major retail customer at our new logistics site in Alessandria. We are seeking a hands-on professional with a strong operational mindset, comfortable working directly on the shop floor and personally managing maintenance and facility activities within complex logistics or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and availability of site equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service levels and safety standards.
- Support the maintenance of material handling systems, utilities, HVAC, electrical and mechanical equipment, and fire protection systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive rapid resolution to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering,



HSE, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless site performance.
- Support the implementation of maintenance processes, procedures, and best practices during the start-up phase.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety requirements, and technical inspections.

What we need from you:

- Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance, Facility Management, Technical Services, or Engineering roles within logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or other structured industrial environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems.
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance service providers.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to perform effectively in fast-paced operational environments.
- English Fluent

Salary Package: €32,000 - €38,000 gross annual salary
