The new resource will be the Head Of Quality department at our production plant in Luzzara (RE). Customer Quality and Quality Management System.* Ensuring the quality of the factory products regarding market requirements as well as legal requirements, in particular CE conformity* Further development and, if necessary, introduction of standardized processes at production level and implementation of the KION Quality guidelines* Implementation of best-practice standards and future quality assurance measures regarding internal production processes, auditing of line processes as well as product and component auditing, quality gate planning and employee training, shop floor support and implementation and execution of operational supplier management* Evaluate the external quality of the plant (products) at customers, organize and lead measures for its consistent improvement (Customer Quality)* Acting as the CTO Onsite representative + clearly defined contact person for main local stakeholders like lo
