pType: Freelance / Independent Collaboration /p pCompensation: 100% Commission-Based /p pHelp Us Grow Felipillon in Italy /p pFelipillon is expanding its recruitment business into the Italian market, and we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help us build our client portfolio in Italy. /p pIf you are someone who enjoys finding new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, building relationships and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liIdentify and approach potential B2B clients across Italy /li liGenerate new leads and develop your own prospect pipeline /li liConnect with business owners, HR managers and decision-makers /li liPresent Felipillon's recruitment and talent acquisition solutions /li liUnderstand client hiring needs and communicate them to our recruitment team /li liNegotiate commercial terms and close new client agreements /li liBuild and maintain long-term client relationships /li liConduct online and, where required, in-person client meetings /li liKeep track of business development activities and opportunities /li liGood command of English /li liPrevious experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management,



Client Acquisition or Sales /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills /li liComfortable with cold outreach, prospecting and lead generation /li liConfident speaking with business owners and decision-makers /li liSelf-motivated, independent and strongly results-oriented /li liExperience in Recruitment, Renewable Energy, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Logistics is a strong advantage /li liExisting business network in Italy is a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul li100% remote freelance collaboration /li li100% commission-based compensation /li liNo fixed salary - earnings are directly linked to successful client acquisition /li liUnlimited earning potential /li liFlexible working arrangement /li liInitial training and commercial support /li liDirect collaboration with our experienced recruitment team /li liOpportunity to represent an international recruitment company in the Italian market /li liOpportunity to grow with Felipillon's international expansion /li /ul pThis is not a salaried employment position. /p pIt is an independent freelance collaboration with 100% commission-based compensation.
