Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As an HR Business Partner, you will help create a thriving workplace where employees and leaders grow. You act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding people decisions and HR initiatives that support site success. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, foster inclusion, and contribute to both local and global HR projects. This role offers meaningful impact through talent development, workforce planning, and strong labor relations within an international manufacturing environment.

- Serve as a trusted partner and coach to managers on employee and organizational matters
- Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Foster a positive, high-performing, inclusive workplace culture
- Advise on employee relations topics and ensure compliance with labor law and policies
- Collaborate with employee representatives and support industrial relations activities
- Drive talent management, learning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
- Support compensation, benefits, payroll,



and workforce planning processes
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights for decisions
- Lead and contribute to local and global HR projects and change initiatives
- Promote company values and strengthen employee engagement across the site
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of HR experience in an international manufacturing environment xysqume (Generalist or BP)
- Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Experience advising managers on performance, talent, and organizational topics
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and comfort with HR data and metrics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
